We are looking for an Area Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager, who will be responsible for managing sales operations within a designated geographic area or state. The ideal candidate should have a strong

Sales Management
Market Development-
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed regional sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
- Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support as needed.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Market Development-
- Analyze market dynamics to identify potential areas of growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development) to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Implement initiatives to increase brand visibility and market share.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of capital equipment including features, benefits, applications, and technical specifications.
Stay updated on new product launches or updates to effectively communicate value propositions to customers

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Proven track record in medical device sales, preferably in capital equipment.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly the Ortho, ENT, Arthroscopy, and Spine segments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Local Language is a must.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years in sales within the medical devices, capital equipment, or healthcare industry, preferably with Orthopedic, ENT, Arthroscopy and Spine equipment.
