Area Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager responsible for managing sales across a defined territory or state. The role involves driving product adoption and expanding business across hospitals, clinics and distributor networks.




Focus areas include promoting Adventus Meditech’s capital equipment portfolio across Orthopedic, ENT, Arthroscopy and Spine & Neuro segments, while developing new opportunities within the assigned region.

Sales Execution

  • Drive regional sales to meet assigned targets

  • Develop new accounts and expand existing relationships

  • Track market activity and competitor movements



Customer Engagement

  • Engage with clinicians and procurement teams

  • Conduct product demonstrations and application support

  • Handle customer queries and service issues



Market Development

  • Identify growth opportunities within assigned territory

  • Coordinate with internal teams for execution and support

  • Support initiatives to strengthen market presence

Maintain in-depth knowledge of capital equipment including features, benefits, applications, and technical specifications.
Stay updated on new product launches or updates to effectively communicate value propositions to customers

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field

  • Experience in medical device or capital equipment sales

  • Understanding of healthcare segments such as Ortho, ENT, Arthroscopy, or Spine

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region


  • 2–3 years of sales experience in medical devices, capital equipment, or the healthcare industry, preferably in Orthopedic, ENT, Arthroscopy, or Spine segments


  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

  • Own two-wheeler and valid driving license required

  • Ability to interpret sales and market data for decision-making
