Area Sales Executive (ASE) / Area Sales Manager (ASM) - Orthopedic,
ENT and Arthroscopic Medical Device (Capital Equipment)
Bangalore, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Chennai
and Mumbai.
Full-Time (Permanent)
We are looking for an Area Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager, who will be responsible for managing sales operations within a designated geographic area or state. The ideal candidate should have a strong
background in medical device sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including hospitals, clinics, surgeons, and distributors.

The Area Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities within the assigned region. This role is focused on promoting Adventus
Meditech’s range of Capital Equipment in the Orthopedic, ENT, Arthroscopy and Spine & Neuro segments.
Sales Management
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed regional sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Customer Relationship Management-
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical support as needed.
  • Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Market Development-
  • Analyze market dynamics to identify potential areas of growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development) to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Implement initiatives to increase brand visibility and market share.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of capital equipment including features, benefits, applications, and technical specifications.
Stay updated on new product launches or updates to effectively communicate value propositions to customers

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in medical device sales, preferably in capital equipment.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly the Ortho, ENT, Arthroscopy, and Spine segments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Local Language is a must.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.


Minimum of 2 to 3 years in sales within the medical devices, capital equipment, or healthcare industry, preferably with Orthopedic, ENT, Arthroscopy and Spine equipment.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Must have own two wheeler and valid Driving Licence.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
